All orders are processed within one to three business days (excluding holidays and weekends) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email when your order has shipped. Once orders have shipped please allow 2 business days for shipping. Orders placed after 3 pm PST on Fridays will not be processed until the following week.

Due to new procedures and safety policies as a result of Covid-19, we are experiencing processing and shipping delays. These new policies are to keep our warehouse staff safe and you safe. All shipping partners that we use have also implemented new and rigorous safety procedures. All our shipping is done via USPS. We ship to the US and Canada only.

During promotions and holidays, shipments may be delayed slightly due to higher than normal order volumes.
