Shipping Policy
We usually process and ship orders the same business day from Central Coast, California. All orders placed before 3 pm PST during hours of operation (Monday-Friday) will be shipped the same day. If your order is placed after 3pm, your order will be shipped the following business day. Depending on stock and availability, processing times may vary. We do not ship on weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
Orders are shipped via USPS. WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONAL OR MILITARY OVERSEAS DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS. (APO, FPO, ETC.) PO BOX SHIPPING ADDRESSES ARE NOT ALLOWED AND WILL BE CANCELLED.
ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITH ADULT SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. We recommend shipping you order to an address where someone 21 years of age order older can sign for the package. (work place, business or family member)
Orders showing delivered. If your order is delivered to the shipping address verified on your order and you haven't received it for any reason, you must contact USPS or the carrier it was shipped with to have them locate the package. We are not held liable for any package(s) that has been shipped to a verified shipping address that you confirmed on your order. Once a package has left our facility, we have no control over your package. Orders are shipped Priority Mail with adult signature confirmation. We suggest shipping to a business or location where an adult can sign for the package.
It is the customers responsibility to make sure the address information provided is accurate, including city, state and zip code to prevent any error or delays in shipping. Customers shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped out. It is the customers responsibility to review their shipping information before order submission. Failure to provide accurate shipping information may result in a delay and additional shipping costs.
Canadian customers’ orders may take up to 30 business days. Please note, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, namely GST (Goods and Services Tax) and HST (Harmonized Sales Tax). In addition, a fee may be levied upon your purchase by Canada Post. These costs are not included in your overall purchase price and Plus Distribution Inc. is NOT held liable for any custom issues.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Using a freight forwarder to ship or hand-carrying items internationally may result in complications not covered by Plus Distribution Inc.. Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs and/or postal authorities.
In addition, we may provide certain order, shipment, product information (such as titles to our international carriers,) and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs and/or postal authorities to facilitate customs local policies/laws. If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Custom authorities require the value of the gift item to be stated directly on the package.
No shipping cost will be refunded for any reason. You will receive an email with the tracking information once the order has been shipped.
